I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas, everything was spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a stunning restaurant that served the most exquisite dishes. The breakfast spread was also fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Additionally, the location of the hotel in the Kaysersberg valley was perfect, with beautiful views and close proximity to a golf course. It was truly a memorable experience.

Christmas at this hotel was great! the two best aspects were the warm and welcoming staff and the amazing food. the hotel is conveniently located close to hiking trails, which is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. the lobby and restaurant areas are tastefully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace in the lobby where we could unwind after a long day of exploring.

The only negative aspect was the noisy air conditioning unit in our room. Despite the cozy ambiance, the noise was a bit disruptive to our sleep.
